Generations
on Line -- An Introduction to the Internet
"Generations on Line" a web-based tutorial
is now available on all computers at Bigelow Free Public Library.
Designed to introduce older adults to the internet, it is simple,
easy to use and includes an introduction to e-mail. No experience
necessary. Individualized and self-paced, this is an amazing FREE
opportunity! A Peer Coach is available Tuesday through Friday,
9AM to 2PM. To reserve a time slot, call 978-365-4160, ext. 221
or stop in to the computer lab. Co-sponsored by Senior Service
America and Catholic Charities.

Secrets To A New You! While Feeling Great Workshop
Tuesday, March 16th, from 6:15 - 7:15 p.m. at the library.
Are you suffering from high stress, low energy, headaches, mood
swings, or pain symptoms? Workshop participants will gain an understanding
of the 5 secrets to eliminate many health problems and learn non-drug
solutions. Presented by the Foundation of Wellness Professionals
with guest speaker James Kelly. Please call the library

Flower Show & Bake Sale
Join
us on Saturday, March 20th,
from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for our
2nd Annual Flower Show and Bake Sale. This
is an amateur adult and junior flower show and competition sponsored
by the
Friends of the Bigelow Free Public Library. If you wish
to participate in this event, please pick up a form at the library,
complete it, and return it to Mrs. Marini in the Children's
Room by March 13th, 2010. All are welcome to stop by and
vote for their favorites in our "People's Choice Award".
